UPND chairperson for elections Gary Nkombo says Police Inspector General Kakoma Kanganja has failed to stop political violence being practiced by the PF. In an interview, Thursday, Nkombo said it was unfortunate that Kanganja refused to receive a letter from the UPND on the violence being practiced by the PF.
