INSPECTOR General of Police Kakoma Kanganja has warned that if political party groups engage in unruly or violent behaviour, water cannons and rubber bullets will be used to disperse them. Speaking in Chipata, Eastern Province where he held talks with Provincial Police Commissioner Gaza Lungu and other officers, Kanganja urged the men and women in uniform to follow the principles of law as they carry out their duties during this year’s campaign period.
