Both PF, UPND are instigators of violence, their leaders need to take responsibility – Katanga

DEPUTY Inspector General of Police Charity Katanga says both the PF and the UPND are instigators of political violence. And Katanga says it’s not true that the police are biased towards the ruling party. Meanwhile, Katanga says there is need to review the Statutory Instruments number 21 and 22 of 2020, in order for law enforcers to be able to directly charge citizens who are flouting COVID-19 preventive measures.
