POLICE on the Copperbelt have detained three people for rubbing off “Nathan Chanda” from the wall of one of their stations. In a viral video, suspected UPND cadres were seen rubbing off Chanda’s name from the wall of the Police Post in Luanshya on the basis that the former area mayor, is a PF member.
