Investigative wings are expected to act independently on HH’s fertilizer revelations – State House

PRESIDENT’S Spokesperson Anthony Bwalya says although the Head of State made revelations of impropriety in the fertilizer supply tender under the PF administration, the investigative wings are expected to make independent decisions to move in and arrest the culprits.
