Govt investigates accident which killed 2 correctional officers

HOME Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu has revealed that a board of inquiry has been constituted to investigate the cause of the accident on October 28 in which two correctional officers died. Speaking in Parliament, Wednesday, Mwiimbu said the accident involved three motor vehicles, including an official vehicle for Commissioner General Fredrick Chilukutu who survived the accident without any injuries. “Allow me to give a brief background on the events that led to the two road traffic accidents.
