DENYING former president Edgar Lungu pension benefits on grounds that he is in active politics is unconstitutional, says PF member Makebi Zulu. When asked in an interview if Lungu’s position as PF president until the party holds its convention in June next year would affect his benefits, Zulu said it was solely up to him to decide whether to be in active politics or not.
