Kasama court nullifies Lubansenshi Parliamentary seat

By Ulande Nkomesha and Daniel Chansa THE Kasama High Court has nullified the Lubansenshi Parliamentary seat held by Kabwe Chewe of the PF. So far six seats belonging to the PF have been nullified by the High Courts on account of electoral malpractices. The Lubansenshi seat was petitioned by UPND deputy secretary general Patrick Mucheleka. And the Kasama High Court has declared PF’s George Chisanga and Robert Kalimi as duly elected MPs for Lukashya and Malole constituencies, respectively. The Kitwe High Court has also upheld the election of former Community Development minister Kampamba Mulenga as member of parliament for Kalulushi Constituency.
