FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says during the last ten years, government signed road contracts valued at K127 billion without a clear foresight on how the commitments would be liquidated. Rendering a ministerial statement on the debt status of the road sector, Tuesday, Dr Musokotwane said as at 30th June, 2021 arrears payable to contractors and consultants accumulated to K9.68 billion.
