I have G12 certificate, Pilila tells court in response to Munir’s petition

LUMEZI PF aspiring member of parliament Pilila Mwanza has argued that she has a grade 12 equivalent certificate contrary to assertions that she does not have one. This is a matter in which Lumezi independent aspiring member of parliament Munir Zulu has dragged Mwanza to the Constitutional Court alleging that she does not have a grade 12 certificate. He is seeking a declaration that since Mwanza had not complied with the provisions of Article 70(1) and (2) of the Constitution, her nomination for election as member of parliament is null and void.
