ACC, Kapoko’s baby mama seek out of court settlement in case involving seized assets

THE Anti-Corruption Commission says it is working on an out-of-court settlement in a matter where incarcerated Henry Kapoko’s former lover petitioned the Constitutional Court to order the commission to release various items that were seized from her in 2009.
