6 juveniles in court for aggravated robbery

SIX juveniles of Lusaka’s Kanyama compound have been dragged to court for aggravated robbery involving about K6,000. The juveniles, two males and four females, aged between 15 and 17, stand charged with one count of aggravated robbery contrary to Section 294(1) of the Penal Code chapter 87 of the laws of Zambia. Particulars of the offence allege that the accused, on August 20 this year in Lusaka, jointly and whilst acting together with other persons unknown stole cash amounting to K2,000 and two cell phones altogether valued at K4,300 from Steven Kasonde.
