Judiciary is in safe hands under Chief Justice Malila – Sangwa

CONSTITUTIONAL lawyer John Sangwa State Counsel says the Judiciary is in safe hands under the leadership of Chief Justice Mumba Malila. Commenting on Justice Malila’s Inaugural speech, Sangwa observed that the new Chief Justice did not shy away from admitting the problems in the Judiciary. “I could not have written a better speech.
