DEFENCE Minister Davies Chama has charged that Archbishop Telesphore Mpundu should be taken to Rome so that he can be managed from there as he might be suffering from dementia. Commenting on Archbishop Mpundu’s remarks that Edgar Lungu was a dangerous President and that Zambians would realise realised too late, Chama said the Catholic Church needed sit Archbishop Mpundu down.
