PF, UPND would have clashed if police did not surround new UPND youth centre – Katongo

POLICE spokesperson Esther Mwaata Katongo says police decided to advise the UPND against opening their youth campaign centre in Villa Elizabetha on Saturday because they would have clashed with the ruling PF cadres. UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema was scheduled to officially open the centre, but police intervened, causing the opposition leader to issue a complaint.
