VICE-PRESIDENT Inonge Wina has refuted claims that she dished out money to Solwezi residents, saying she only gave out “little change” to some marketeers who were demanding that she buys things from them. Vice-President Wina has been condemned mainly by the opposition UPND over a viral video which showed her dishing out money to residents of Solwezi in North-Western Province last weekend.
