ZNBC has mandate to cover Lungu’s campaign trail – Wina

VICE-PRESIDENT Inonge Wina says Parliament has performed well in the last five years despite some progressive bills being opposed at every stage. And Vice-President Wina says it is mandatory that ZNBC covers President Edgar Lungu’s activities and visits during the campaign period because he still holds the position of President despite the dissolution of Parliament.
