INSPECTOR General of police Kakoma Kanganja has told political parties to submit their campaign schedules to respective regulating officers to allow the service come up with a policing plan. And Kanganja says pulling down, defacing or destroying another political party’s campaign materials is a criminal offence and shall not be condoned.
