PETAUKE Centra Constituency aspiring member of parliament Emmanuel Jay Jay Banda says he will stand as an Independent candidate in the upcoming general elections. Banda had applied to stand on the PF ticket but was rejected as the party decided to field Information and Broadcasting Minister Dora Siliya.
