Tempers flare at Mulungshi as stakeholders discuss holding of rallies

THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) had a tough time yesterday controlling a seemingly heated debate on the holding of rallies during the campaign period. Tempers flared at Mulungushi International Conference Centre during the political parties Liaison meeting after ECZ chairperson Justice Esau Chulu called on political parties to use alternative means of campaigning other than rallies.
