UPND president Hakainde Hichilema yesterday brought Mandevu Constituency to standstill as he conducted a campaign road show. And UPND supporters mercilessly clobbered a group of PF supporters who attempted to disrupt the UPND campaign procession in the densely populated Chaisa township.
