Amnesty report out of context, should be disregarded – Govt

GOVERNMENT has disputed findings in the Amnesty International Report suggesting that it is restricting freedoms of expression, association and assembly. And government says it is not unusual for organisations like Amnesty International to cause panic when they anticipate that an election outcome is not likely to suit their preferences.
