HOUSE of Chiefs Chairperson senior Chief Luembe says it is unfortunate that politicians want to use the ‘divide and rule’ policy in order to gain votes in this year’s general elections. And UNZA lecturer Professor Bizeck Phiri says political party officials must lead by example and publicly reprimand their members who engage in tribal talks.
