CONSTITUTIONAL Lawyer Dr Rodger Chongwe State Counsel says the constitution can be amended so that the Chief Justice position should be subjected to an election. In an interview, Dr Chongwe said to make this happen, there was need to consider certain intricacies like defining who is eligible to vote in such an election.
