ZNBC has not been generating income – Govt

CHIEF Government Spokesperson Chushi Kasanda says ZNBC has not been generating income and therefore requires a board that is going to be proactive and innovative. And Kasanda has urged Zambians to take interest in reading and understanding the budget in its totality.
