FORMER works and supply minister Sylvia Chalikosa says the arrest of former defence minister Davies Chama over an offence which occurred in 2015 is nothing but political persecution. In an interview, Monday, Chalikosa said Chama’s arrest was not surprising, and that Zambians were yet to see more of such cases under the UPND government. “No, [I’m] not at all surprised.
