Akafumba quits NDC position after being appointed PS

NEWLY-Appointed Home Affairs and Internal Security Permanent Secretary in charge of Administration Josephs Akafumba says he is now divorced from politics because he has become a civil servant. Akafumba who was National Democratic Congress (NDC) leader said he groomed people to take over from him. “NDC is an established political party which has structures all over and I am just one of the many. And the type of position which I held was not personal to holder.
