D/Speaker reserves ruling on Bowman’s stay in the House

FIRST Deputy Speaker Attractor Chisangano has reserved ruling on a point of order raised by Solwezi East UPND member of parliament Alex Katakwe on whether Kabushi PF member of parliament Bowman Lusambo is in order to be in the House following the nullification of his seat. And Chisangano has ordered Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu to issue a ministerial statement on the recent attacks in Lusaka. Meanwhile, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi says government will prioritise preserving the existing road network and investment by focusing more attention and resources towards maintenance works.
