HH defends international trips, says it’s tradition that he visits all neighbours

PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says he will continue making international trips until he visits all neighbouring countries because it’s tradition for a new president to pay a courtesy call and enforce good neighbourliness, trade and security.
