POWER Generation and Allied Workers Union of Zambia General Secretary Mutukelwa Lubita says the move to put Indeni on care and maintenance is backtracking on the promise government made to ensure timely procurement of crude oil for the refinery. And Lubita says the proposal to move finished products through the pipeline is unsustainable as pipeline security and leakages have not been properly considered.
