We’ve used first 100 days to understand govt leakages, says HH as he appoints official

PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says his government has used the first 100 days in office to understand where the leakages are coming from and to realign the system. And President Hichilema has made several new government appointments, notable among them; Permanent Secretary Special Duties Cabinet Office Patrick Mucheleka, Disaster Management and Mitigation Unit (DMMU) National Coordinator Dr Gabriel Pollen, Permanent Secretary Ministry of Defence Norman Chipakupaku, Permanent Secretary Local Government and Rural Development (Administration) Mambo Hamaundu, among others. Meanwhile, President Hichilema has terminated the services of the Civil Service Commission, the Teaching Service Commission, the Zambia Correctional Service Commission, the Zambia Police Service Commission and the Local Government Service Commission.
