ANTI-Corruption Commission (ACC) senior legal and prosecutions officer Gloria Muyunda has described the conditions of service for most ACC workers as “pathetic”. And Muyunda says the idea of seeking consent from the Director of Public Prosecutions before the commission can prosecute most corruption offences is cumbersome.
