UPND chairperson for election Gary Nkombo says there is no need for the UPND to carry on with the mistakes made the PF government. Commenting on Constitutional lawyer John Sangwa’s remarks that the UPND had changed its language after forming government, Nkombo said the UPND government could not be deemed bad due to the removal of subsidies adding that the party was correcting the wrongs of the former government. “[I wonder] whether the State Counsel is aware for instance that in the year 2018 Zambia was importing electricity from a ship that was docked in Mozambique, when they were buying electricity at 18 cent per kilowatt hour and selling [it] at six cent, so someone somewhere was supposed to pay…...
