Electricity cost of service study will determine tariffs – Kapala

ENERGY Minister Peter Kapala has stressed that there will be no increment in electricity tariffs until the cost of service study is analysed. In an interview, Monday, Kapala said the study was yet to reach his office as it was expected to be at the Ministry of Energy either this week or next week. He said once the study was received, all stakeholders including Zesco needed to be engaged on the findings. “I don’t have a copy.
