What business does Malanji have in Kuwait?

WE HAVE known Honourable Joe Malanji for a long time, at least long enough to know that he has always been an enterprising businessman. Even in recent years when he was a key stakeholder in the game of golf, Mr Malanji had always been a likeable figure in the private sector, helping the needy in communities around him. But we have observed a huge difference between Malanji the entrepreneur and Malanji the minister in the Patriotic Front government. We are concerned that some of the activities that he is engaged in privately and publicly are slowly but surely redefining what we know about this man.
