MINISTER of Finance Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane has tendered his public apology for saying that the removal of fuel subsidies will not affect youths because a majority of them don’t drive. In his explanation, he says he was referring to little children who have to walk long distances to access education. It’s good that the minister of finance has apologised for his remarks.
